Overview

Looking at the work of Sol Lewitt’s Wall Drawings and Casey Reas’s response to them in 2014, I created three sets of instructions, developed and iterated on them capturing video and still images of my favorite compositions. Inspired by the frenetic drip-paint illustrative style of Ralph Steadman, I wanted to leverage OpenFrameworks' ability to render perfectly geometric shapes and while contrasting them with organic paint spatter.
